We use data to operate EKALOX, provide accounts, process transactions, deliver digital products, show product and creator information, support users, and maintain platform security.
We may also use data to improve product quality, detect abuse, prevent fraud, investigate policy violations, moderate content, and comply with legal or payment-related requirements.
Third-Party Services
EKALOX uses third-party service providers to operate key parts of the platform. Razorpay may process payment data, payment status, and transaction details. Supabase may store account, product, usage, and transaction records used by the platform.
These providers handle data under their own terms, policies, and security practices. Users should review those policies when using EKALOX payment or account features.
No Sale of Personal Data
EKALOX does not sell personal data. We may share data only where needed to operate the platform, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with law, enforce policies, or protect EKALOX and its users.
